Terms of Use
The short version: this is a published index, read it as such.
Editorial index only
bigfootballsilk publishes descriptions of hotels for informational purposes. It is not a travel agency, a booking agent, a reseller or a representative of any property named on the site. No page here forms an offer, a reservation or a contract of any kind.
Accuracy and change
Entries are written from general information believed correct at the time of writing. Hotels are renovated, rebranded, closed and — in the case of seasonal properties — rebuilt to a new design each year. Content on this site may be edited, moved or removed at any time without notice, and no guarantee is given that any description remains current.
Third-party names and links
Hotel names, brands and trademarks referred to here belong to their respective owners and are used for identification. Any external site reached from here is outside our control and governed by its own terms.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss or inconvenience arising from reliance on anything published here. Verify details with the property before making plans or committing money.
Content
The written text on this site is our own work and may not be republished wholesale without permission. Short quotations with a link back are fine.
